Terms of service

Welcome to SkriptKid. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this site or have a parent/guardian's permission.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Returns and cancellations

If you buy goods from us as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive them. Tell us you want to cancel using the contact details below, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay for returning them unless we tell you otherwise.

Some purchases cannot be cancelled once you have them:

  • Sealed records and other sealed audio or video recordings, once you have unsealed them.
  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised for you.
  • Downloads, once the download has started. When you buy one you ask for it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it starts, and your order confirmation says so.
  • Event tickets, which are for a set date: the event's own refund policy applies instead.

    • We refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used: from when we receive the goods back or you show us you have sent them, whichever is sooner, or from when you tell us you are cancelling if there is nothing to send back. None of this affects your rights if something is faulty or not as described.

    Liability

    We provide the site "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

    Changes

    We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
