SMS is your spike channel rather than your broadcast one, so it is worth saving for on-sale mornings and last-call reminders. Every plan can register its own sender name for free so texts land as your brand instead. The SMS Pack adds +500.
• WhatsApp conversations i500Counted per conversation, not per message. Messaging a fan opens a 24 hour window, and everything you both send inside it still counts as one, so a whole back and forth thread is a single conversation. Fans who message you first count once, the first time they reach you, and Meta never charges for those. Meta bills you roughly £0.02 to £0.04 for each conversation you start. The WhatsApp Pack adds +500.
