Sub-processors

SoundOps engages the following sub-processors to operate the platform. This list is required by UK GDPR Article 28(2). We provide 30 days' notice via our status page and customer comms before adding, replacing, or relocating any sub-processor. Material changes also surface in each tenant's admin notification feed.

Notification of changes

Tenants on our service can opt in to email notification of sub-processor changes by enabling the “sub-processor changes” category under Settings → Notifications.

Subscribe to updates

Press, customers and prospects can subscribe to sub-processor change notifications via the platform status page. We post the upcoming change at least 30 days before it takes effect.
